LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE in A NATURAL Way………..
In this modern era of science and technology which is furnishing our life with its latest innovations & developments. Present developments & modern techniques seems to be taking us on cloud-9. Swanky and comfortable living with lot of convenience is what everyone witnessing with recent developments in Technology. But reality is somewhat different from  our expectations. As depression, stress and a hectic lifestyle has become integral part of the modern day lifestyle.
Some answers are been in the past in my view. India has been known for its Vedas (vedic literature) around 1500-600BC and Cultural traditions. Ayurveda which was part of Rig veda consist the database of medicinal plants and its uses. The custom and traditions that prevailed from the ancient times seems to be relevant in modern time. Many practices like planting medicinal tree like tulsi or neem or turmeric  in INDIAN houses which has so many medicinal values. Practicing Hygiene taking early morning bath, early morning worshiping promotes healthy living but now it seems out of the card in urban areas.  Many traditional practices that entail in Ancient India were indispensable for attaining a healthy lifestyle.
In ancient times India (Hindustan) has been centre of research and educational institutions. But somehow, I feel like we forget to sustain & promote it and somehow the negligence. Intentions are here to adopt Yoga & simple and healthy living as well as happier. Not only yoga any other exercise or pranayam for at least 15 min in fresh air can do wonders
Lifestyle within the nature principles, which include a natural diet involving fresh edible farm products rather than consuming processed and frozen one’s. Remember a healthier
